  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely package your rings to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that the original jewelry box and certificates are included inside.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
