Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States. For custom or engraved pieces, please allow an additional 5 business days for production before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved rings are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Yes, every Charleston Rings purchase includes a one-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not include normal wear and tear or accidental damage.
